The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Muscat will represent Oman’s only luxury, branded beachfront residences

and will be the hotelier’s debut in the Middle East region. The property will be developed by Eagle Hills Muscat

and managed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Residents will experience unprecedented levels of

The 155 Residences are set to offer upscale living spaces in the capital, ranging from 75 to 260 square metres in size.
